Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $60.

Order processing cut-off time is 2:00 PM HST on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM HST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

8. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are coordinated with our third-party suppliers and manufacturers.

Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Do not return any item without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
