When you place an order, it is transmitted to the applicable supplier or manufacturer, who is responsible for packaging and shipping your order directly to you. Our team coordinates with these suppliers to ensure your order is processed and delivered as described in our policies.

Orders placed on this Website are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers on our behalf. When you place an order, your order details are transmitted to the applicable supplier or manufacturer, who packages and ships your order directly to your delivery address.
- Free standard shipping: On all orders over $100
- Flat rate shipping: $60 on orders under $100
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 9 business days total (handling + transit)
- Destination: Continental United States (48 contiguous states)
- Coverage: Most products, unless a product page states otherwise
2. Shipping Destinations
Continental United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.
Future Expansion
We may add additional regions in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $100: Flat rate of $60
In limited cases, certain items may require special handling (for example, oversized appliances or freight delivery). If any additional shipping-related charge or optional delivery service applies, it will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you place your order.
Applicable taxes may still apply when required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Our total estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM HST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM HST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM HST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
- Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri), subject to the processing schedule of our third-party suppliers and manufacturers
- Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Mon–Fri)
If an item requires additional handling time or ships by freight, the product page will include an estimated timeline and that timeline will control for that product. Handling time may vary based on supplier and manufacturer availability.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers using trusted national carriers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination, package size, and shipping method. Large appliances such as wall ovens and ranges may ship via freight carrier — if this applies to your order, you will be notified prior to or at the time of shipment.
Shipment Tracking
Most shipments include tracking. Tracking information is generated by the third-party supplier or manufacturer fulfilling your order and may take additional time to activate after your shipment confirmation email is sent. When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Insurance
Where applicable, shipments may be insured against loss or damage. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can assist and coordinate with the applicable supplier or manufacturer.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. If tracking is available for your shipment, we will include the tracking number and a link to follow delivery progress. Tracking is provided by the third-party supplier or manufacturer and may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipment confirmation is sent.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please email us at support@cookingcrown.com or call (808) 500-5174. We will coordinate with the applicable supplier or manufacturer and assist with carrier follow-up where possible.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
- Confirm your shipping address on the order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your delivery area.
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace or next steps, including coordinating with our supplier or manufacturer.
Damaged Packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item(s) immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cookingcrown.com.
We will review your request and coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will investigate with our supplier or manufacturer and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are coordinated with our third-party suppliers and manufacturers — do not send items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
If a package is returned to us or our supplier due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply.
