Products sold on this Website are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party manufacturers and suppliers. When you place an order, it is transmitted to the applicable supplier or manufacturer, who is responsible for packaging and shipping your order directly to you. Our team coordinates with these suppliers to ensure your order is processed and delivered as described in our policies.

Cooking Crown offers premium kitchen appliances including wall ovens, ranges, and rangetops. We are not a manufacturer. All products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Product availability is subject to third-party supplier inventory and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are supplied by third-party manufacturers and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not independently verify all manufacturer-supplied content and are not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in product information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law. Accepted payment methods include those presented at checkout via Shopify Payments and/or other payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

When you place an order on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is transmitted to our supplier or manufacturer for fulfillment.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers on our behalf. Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM HST on business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM HST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM HST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

6. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $60. We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Additional shipping restrictions may apply — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are coordinated with our third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Do not return any item without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or transmitted to our supplier or manufacturer. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@cookingcrown.com or call (808) 500-5174. Once an order has been transmitted for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and the standard return process will apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Website — including the Cooking Crown name, logo, trade dress, written content, and site design — is the property of Opulent Finds and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, images, and descriptions supplied by third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. Cooking Crown claims no ownership over third-party manufacturer content.
