When you place an order, it is transmitted to the applicable supplier or manufacturer, who is responsible for packaging and shipping your order directly to you. Our team coordinates with these suppliers to ensure your order is processed and delivered as described in our policies.

At Cooking Crown (DBA of Opulent Finds), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on cookingcrown.com (the "Website").

Because our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers, all returns must be coordinated through us. Do not ship any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
  • Clearance or final sale items (where noted on the product page)
  • Custom or special-order items

3. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and return coordination with our third-party suppliers and manufacturers.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a confirmed defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. Cooking Crown is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Return shipping instructions, including the correct return address (which may be a supplier or manufacturer warehouse), will be provided with your RMA authorization. Do not return items to our business address without prior written authorization.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@cookingcrown.com or call (808) 500-5174 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number and return instructions within 2–5 business days.
  4. Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Once the return is received and inspected by our supplier or manufacturer, we will process your refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cookingcrown.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate. The restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item(s). We will investigate with our supplier or manufacturer and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@cookingcrown.com or call (808) 500-5174. Once an order has been transmitted to our supplier or manufacturer for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and the standard return process will apply.
